For community updates, we collect first name, last name, email, preferred language and optional interests. For private-event enquiries, we collect the contact and planning details entered in that form. Technical logs may contain data necessary for site security and operation.

Newsletter and community communications: explicit consent, which is optional and can be withdrawn (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

Private-event enquiries: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Security and operation: the controller’s legitimate interest in preventing abuse and protecting the website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

First name, last name and email are needed to join the community; language and interests are optional. An address remains pending and must not receive marketing until email confirmation (double opt-in). Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also write to info@milanoinfesta.com.

Data may be processed by suppliers supporting hosting, forms and email delivery: Vercel, Google Workspace/Apps Script and the email provider to be named here before campaigns begin. Any transfer outside the EEA must use an appropriate GDPR safeguard. Unconfirmed requests, confirmed subscriptions and private-event enquiries require documented retention periods before launch.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object where applicable, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@milanoinfesta.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.

The website is not intended for people under 16. This policy is updated when processing or suppliers change; the date above shows the latest revision.
